Life through the Lens

Close up Camera Lens

I have a real love ~ hate relationship with photography. I love having the ability to capture a moment in time that will forever be unchanged but I hate being the one caught. When I look at the world through a lens I see things I would have missed and nothing is not worth photographing. From something as simple as a single flower to a playground full of children each one is priceless.

When I pick up my camera it really depends on my mood as to what I will shoot. I love capturing people just being themselves and the expressions on their faces because there are so many untold stories to been seen. I love capturing animals because there is such an simple joy to their lives that we as humans seem to miss. I love capturing children because they don’t hide their innocence from the world. I love capturing nature because it is always changing and evolving into something even more beautiful. I love capturing buildings and cars because they are the evolution of man and his ability to adapt to his world but I love capturing my family and friends the most because they are a big part of who I am and remind me what true success in life is about.
